I built a dashboard layout using CSS Grid to test how far I can push clarity without adding extra frameworks. The page uses a two-column structure with a fixed sidebar and a flexible main area. Inside the main area, I placed summary cards in a responsive grid that collapses gracefully on smaller screens. I kept spacing consistent by defining custom properties for margins and gaps, which made the design feel stable. Typography uses a limited scale, and color stays restrained so the data stands out. The sidebar uses Flexbox for vertical alignment and icon spacing. I paid attention to focus states and hover feedback to keep the interface accessible. If you are working on dashboards, I would love your critique on alignment, hierarchy, and whether the layout supports scanning. Honest feedback is welcome, especially about areas where the structure could be tighter or more expressive.
